Our Women’s Only Judo classes are designed to give you the confidence, strength, and community support you deserve. Whether you’re brand new to martial arts or have experience in fitness or sport, Judo is a safe, empowering way to build resilience, improve your fitness, and learn practical self-defense skills.

Classes run every Thursday at 9:30am, with a new Tuesday 9:30am class coming soon to make it easier for you to join.
